Daily writing prompt
What’s the weirdest coincidence you’ve ever experienced?
Traffic police stopping a two-wheeler rider

Life is full of turns & twists. On many occasions, we stumble upon such incidents, when we feel they are weired but they make us laugh. I can recollect many such coincidences in my life, they may look weired.

This is the story of my encounter with a traffic police, while I was driving two wheeler. The traffic police stopped me and started asking me my license. Actually I did not commit any traffic violation and I was following all the rules, still he stopped me. I was little upset over this incident and started arguing with him as to why did he stop me.

Even then he was friendly with me and kept demanding the license. I pulled out my driving license and showed him. Looking at my name he was very happy and started smiling.

I was astonished with this reaction and started asking him, what happened. Then he shared the reason, and heairng that it was my turn to laugh out lound.

He said, I recognised you that you are Mukund Sir and we worked together in same comany 10 years back. He was demanding my license to confirm my name. He was working with me in our company as security guard. He wanted to greet me and ask about my well being. Then I recollected by looking at his face carefully. And then I started laughing. What a coincidence.

Then we had cup of tea and discussed for a while.

He made it a point to remind me that, please respect the policeman as your friend and cooperate with him so that he can better serve the people.

I thanked him and drove away with a lesson learned.

Thank you my dear readers for stopping by

Stay Happy & Keep smiling
