What positive emotion do you feel most often?

According to Fredrickson BL, there are ten specific positive emotions that people tend to feel: Joy, Gratitude, Serenity, Interest, Hope, Pride, Amusement, Inspiration, Awe, and Love. These basic positive emotions lead to other types of positive affect such as self-confidence, liking, or determination.

Most often I have experienced Joy & Gratitude. Other positive emotions like Pride, Serenity and Love also experienced but prominently I often experience Joy & Gratitude.

Gardening & Om Chanting is part of my daily routine which gives me feeling of joy. Surrendering to God & Nature – his creation are the best way to seek inner peace & joy, which i experience daily.

As I said in my previous blogs, I see god in human beings and I meet god everyday in the form of kind hearted people and my hands are folded with gratitude for such people.
