Lucknow Pilibhit Dudhwa Ayodhya

What cities do you want to visit?

What a coincidence. I am on the way to Lucknow for onward travel so it is easy for me to answer the prompt.

We are group of 12 photographer friends. We have planned the photo tour to Dudhava and Pilibhit Tiger Reserve. This was much needed break for me because it is coming after a gap of almost 6 months.

I am excited to visit these places because I will visiting Uttar Pradesh for the first time. I have never visited this part of India.

Pilibhit Tiger Reserve

Pilibhit Tiger Reserve in Uttar Pradesh, India, is a vital part of the Terai Arc Landscape, known for its dense Sal forests, rich biodiversity, and high tiger density, earning it global recognition for conservation success. It offers stunning landscapes, and birding opportunities.

Dudhwa National Park

Dudhwa National Park, located in India’s Uttar Pradesh state along the Nepal border, is a crucial tiger reserve known for its diverse wildlife, including Bengal tigers, one-horned rhinos, elephants, and swamp deer (Barasingha) in its marshy grasslands. Established in 1977 from a sanctuary, it’s a prime spot for safaris (jeep & elephant), birdwatching, and experiencing India’s rich biodiversity, with the best time to visit being November to June.

I am eager to visit the Dudhwa National Park because of its location in the Himalayan Foothills.

Another big attraction is visit to Ayodhya and Ram Lalla darshan. Excited to visit these places new Temple complex.

Thank you my dear readers and bye 👋

I will keep posting few pics

Stay happy and keep smiling 😊

It’s wonderful you’re finally getting a much-needed break and exploring the rich biodiversity of Uttar Pradesh, especially the Himalayan Foothills. Your visit to Ayodhya for the Ram Lalla darshan sounds equally meaningful.
