Capturing Sun Rays: A Morning in Pench Tiger Reserve

Picturesque Friday

Photo from Pench Tiger Reserve

Photography is play of light and shadow. But it is very difficult to click the image of sun rays. Framing them as a object needs lots of background objects and different light condition.

Above photograph is clicked in a dense forest of Pench Tiger Reserve in early morning hours. Post sunrise, as the sun rises further, there is a moment when the rays can be seen gushing down through the dense forest. I tried to capture this moment through my camera. Hope you like the image. The haze seen in the picture is due to winter morning fog.
