How do you relax?

Change of routine is relaxation for me. It can be outing with family or a phototour with friends or Trek to a nearby fort. Any such activity which is different from my daily routine acts as a stress buster for me. Relaxation does not mean lying down on the bed or seating on couch watching TV shows, I love Nature and spending time with the Nature is great relaxation for me.
Today I am completely relaxed and in good mood at the fag end of the day, you know why? I spend whole day with family at the beautiful location near my city called Bhandardara.
Bhandardara is a holiday resort village near Igatpuri, in the western ghats of India. The village is located in the Akole tehsil, Ahmednagar district of the state of Maharashtra, about 185 kilometers from Mumbai, 155 kilometers from Ahmednagar and 73 kilometers from Nashik.
Bhandardara, a hill station nestled in the sahyadri ranges of Maharashtra, has all the nature’s blessings a place can get. The lush greenery, numerous waterfalls and surrounded by high mountains, makes it a favorite spot for the nature lovers. Highest peak of Maharashtra Kalsubai can be seen when you visit Bhandardara, three more peaks namely Alang, Madan & Kulang are also standing tall on the way.

Today we visited kalsubai harishchandragad wildlife sanctuary. The road to this sanctuary goes through beautiful forest and ghats. The drive is scenic and full of waterfalls. Few of them gushing down from huge height and few of them seen on the roadside.
We visited five watrefalls today namely Vasundhara Waterfall, Bahubali Waterfall, Nhani Waterfall, Nisarga Waterfall & Necklace Waterfall. Today’s statistics shows that we have trekked app. 8 km walk which includes climbing up and getting down. The walking up & down is risky due to continuous rainfall. With due care you are safe to trek. I am posting the video of largest waterfall I have seen today. Enjoy the nature’s magic.
Today’s outing was one of the best combination of Photography coupled with Nature’s beauty and the company of loved ones.
This was my relaxing day, away from daily routine, romancing with beautiful Nature.
