What’s your favorite game (card, board, video, etc.)? Why?

I started playing this game when I was in college. We used to play for hours together by bunking the lecture.
However later I consciously learned Badminton and Lawn Tennis for the purpose of exercise. Actually to maintain consistency in the exercise routine, I started playing those games. It was fun coupled with exercise.
Most challenging part of the fitness journey is maintaining consistency. One type of exercise activity makes the routine boring and then the activity is discontinued. To maintain the consistency and keep the interest live, I have chosen my favourite game as part of regular exercise. Now this doesn’t get bore and can be continued for long.
Table Tennis is an aerobic exercise and keeps the heart to be healthy. It also helps to improve your reflexes. So I love to play table tennis. I play table tennis regularly even after my retirement.
