Everyone has Sulu in their life

Write about your first crush.

In our young age, the classes for boys and girls were separate. Even we had no girl students in the engineering college so first crush did not happen during college days.

This is the story when I was hardly a teenager. May be 19 years old.

I just started my first job after passing out from Engineering college. That was campus recruitment and we were excited about it. First time in my life I went out of my house away from my parents. We were staying in the company premises in the hostel. It was an employee colony and many families used to stay there.

On the weekends we used to go out in the city. One evening we were just going out and I saw that girl. And I liked the girl at the first sight.

She was gorgeous and well dressed. Little fair looking, with pony tail hair and round faced. Sparkling eyes and very pretty looking. When she used to walk the pony used to jump up and down and that was just awesome. She was unaware of my love for her.

And this became the regular affair that we used to match our walk timings to her timing. And we used to get one glimpse of her everyday. We named her as Sulu. At that age I never thought of talking to her or meeting her. I even did not find out more details about her. But I used to enjoy seeing my crush daily.

I don’t know whether this is called crush or not. But that was the first girl I liked in my life.

After one year of living in hostel, we have to vacate the hostel and stay in the city. And we left the colony and left Sulu.
