Take Calculated Risk

Describe a risk you took that you do not regret.

Risk taker

High Risk High Returns is the equation applicable for life. More risk you take more rewards you get. That does not mean you should always take higher risks. You have to strike balance between Risk and Rewards.

Balancing Risks

I prefer to take calculated risks. In the process of calculating the risk first you should know your risk appetite and then decide upon how much risk to be taken. You should be able to weigh the reward and risk involved. It mainly depends upon your financial position, your age and the stake involved.

The same applies even in relationships. You have to assess, what is at stake.

No Regrets

Once your decision is thoughtful and well analysed, you will never regret. Actually after so much of homework there are no surprises.

This is few years back story. We were travelling by car with family to a pre-decided location. When we were few kilometres away from our destination, I saw the board for a strawberry farm and turned my car to that place. This was totally unknown place for us and I was not aware of the location. I was not sure about how friendly it is for family stay. But I took risk and started travelling on unknown route. The route was passing through forest. There was no one on the road and even the Google maps stopped working due to no network. My family was cursing me for changing the location and taking risk. After few minutes of driving we saw the dim lights far from the road. Those were few houses and then we saw a signboard for the Strawberry Resort. It was breathtaking journey for all of us. But finally when we reached the place everyone was thrilled to see the resort and the facilities available in the resort.

It was risky decision turned into the blessings. My family was extremely happy with my decision.

So people take calculated risk and enjoy the rewards.

Have a great day ahead ☺️
