Encounter with a Stranger in the midnight

Describe a random encounter with a stranger that stuck out positively to you.

It was past midnight and pitch dark on the road. It was no moon day and in our village there were no street lights on the road. I was walking in a hurry to the nearest doctor for my daughter.

She got Asthama attack in the night and I had to look for immediate help. Actually I was scared to walk alone in such dark road. I am not good friend of darkness and I hate outdoors during night.

I was so scared that I was reciting and remembering Lord Hanuman to save me from evils. This road in the village was famous for all supernatural activities. It is believed that there was an accident and death of villager on this road who later turned into a ghost. He used to trouble the people on this road. I was really scared looking at the back and sides and continuously praying god to save me.

Suddenly I heard footsteps of someone walking from behind. And I was fully convinced that the ghost is now chasing me. I started walking fast and the ghost behind also increased the speed. I was clueless and sweating with fear. And the ghost behind reached close to me. I wanted to shout aloud for help but my throat choked and the voice could not come out.

Suddenly the ghost tapped my back and I was shit scared and started stammering who who are you…….

And the voice came I am your friend please look at me. I turned back and saw a normal person looking at me. I was bit relaxed. He continued to say that he is a village doctor specialising in Children’s Medicine. Then I looked at him carefully and got convinced that he was a regular human being like us. I was so glad and thanked god that I was looking out for a doctor and he is in front of me.

Then I explained him regarding my daughter and requested him to come to our house. He readily agreed. He came to our house and treated my daughter.

Since then he is our regular doctor for our children.

It was really random encounter with stranger which turned out to be be a long relationship.
