What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

First hour in the morning is my me time. I do not accept any other commitment for first hour in the morning.
I have my coffee in the morning with some almonds. After that little bit warm up and then my routine starts. I leave my for cycling or gym. More than one hour I do cycling or gymming. And then I take breakfast.
When I was busy with my corporate job I used to get up at 5.00 am and then the exercise routine would start. Now after my retirement I get up at 6.00 am and then the routine starts.
During my corporate job I realised that it is difficult to find time for yourself. So I reserved first one hour after I get up for me. This time is very much essential for our well being. This has kept me mentally and physically fit.
I would appeal all the readers to reserve at least an hour a day for yourself. It will help you immensely.
