Fairness & Walk the Talk

Which aspects do you think makes a person unique?

In my opinion the top most quality of a person which is Fairness makes him unique. Coupled with Walk the Talk personality. These are two very important qualities for a person to be unique. Such person gets high acceptance and respect from the people.

Fairness

It is a unique quality in the people who are accepted as a leader and they are highly successful. Normally it is common to favour someone based on his/her looks or nuisance value but fair person treats everyone equally. Many times people come with some connections and recommendations and this is the time the fairness value is tested. Fair person will always make conscious decisions keeping the end goal in mind. Though it is difficult but not impossible.

Walk the Talk

This is very unique quality of the leadership. People with such a quality is always respected by all. Basis example could be if you are enforcing discipline to your people then you must follow the discipline first. Like if you are asking people to comply with the rules, you should set an example by your own behaviour. Then only you have moral rights to tell others. I have seen people lecturing on punctuality but they are late for the program. In such case the impact of your words is gone. Leaders ensure that they exhibit the qualities which they expect from others. And such leaders are called role models.

Conclusion
