I would share 3 mantras for happy life. Finally everyone loves to be happy.

  1. Health is wealth. Keep your health or fitness as first priority. Make the habit of daily exercise or some sports or trek as part of your daily routine. Health should be your top most priority. Then comes career or helping others. You can enjoy life limitlessly only if you’re healthy enough. Good food choices is also part of the healthy lifestyle. Choose wisely.
  2. Listen to others but follow your inner voice. There are umpteen number of people in the world who are ready to advise you and teach how to resolve the issues but the best advice is always your own decision. You should always sit in driver seat of your life and own the responsibility of consequences.
  3. There is no shortcut to success, only way is hard work. You may encounter some challenges or difficulties for the path chosen but never give up. Hard work always pays off.

The journey called life is the same as our highway drive. You encounter easy road sometimes and the road in between could be tough to navigate but keep going. Sometimes you see beautiful lush green surroundings and sometimes the dry yellow fields. The wedding procession passing by makes you happy and the road accident makes you feel sad. That is life. There are situations when you are so happy and celebrating with your loved ones but the time comes when you are tense or frustrated.

Always remember the saying’ This too will pass’ This is applicable for every situation.
