What books do you want to read?

Reading is my favourite pastime. currently I am studying Bhagavadgeeta. The word reading may not convey the best meaning for this great book. One cannot just read and understand it. You need to study the book by reading it multiple times.

Bhagavadgeeta is an ancient Hindu scripture describing the complete life knowledge for the human kind. It is relevant today also and needs in depth study to understand the meaning and context of the shlokas. It is further difficult to follow the teachings in real life.

Many philosophers and scholars have put the teachings of Bhagwan Krishna in different perspectives and each one is worth studying.

I further plan to study Dnyaneshwari, which is written by Indian Saint Shree Dnyaneshwar mauli.

Bhagvadgeeta is available in many Indian languages including English. I strongly recomend this book to everyone.
