What’s the most fun way to exercise?

If your exercise regime is also fun or enjoyable then it is sustainable and you maintain consistency. That is the key for best results. Hence you should choose such for of exercise that you enjoy the most. I love hiking as well as cycling, hence I do both.

Actually hiking is the most enjoyable exercise I have ever experienced. You get to explore new places as well as the joy of reaching summit is unexplainable. When you reach on top of the mountains and look below it is mesmerising scene. It is one of the best cardio exercises. We have a local club and we go together for hiking every fortnight.

Few of the forts near our city are always challenging but I love to hike them frequently. One of the highest mountains in our state is Kalsubai fort and we hike this fort once in a year during winter.

Cycling is another sport I love a lot. After retirement I cycle more than 20 km a day. The route I have chosen is through lush green fields and very less traffic. It is fun for me.

Whatever form of exercise you enjoy, it is the best for you. But keep doing it .
