What makes a good leader?
Great Leadership is defined and described in many ways by thinkers and management consultants.
I would think of leadership in a different way based on my vast experience of 40 years in corporate life.
In my opinion a great leader is one who touches life of many people around him and makes positive changes in the life peoples who come in contact with him.
Normally leaderships have to deal with people for getting the results and make them work towards a common goal. While doing this great leaders inspire the team in such a way that they bring out positive changes in their life. Such leaders are always remembered for this quality. And this quality makes them great leader.
Great leaders treat people as their assets and always act as coach guide and mentor.
