What are your family’s top 3 favorite meals?

Kitchen for our families is a sacred place and preparing the meal is a ritual. It is said that the mood of the cook while preparing the food items affects the food. Hence food preparations has to be like worshiping god.
In Indian houses the spices bring the taste to the food we prepare and these spices has medicinal values. The proportion of the ingredients in the spices vary according to seasons. Hence it has right impact according to the season.
In typical maharashtrian Indian family the square meals consists of Roti Dal Salads Curd Rice and vegetable curries . This is balanced diet in terms of Protein carbs and other nutrients.
So our family’s first favourite food is Maharashtrian square meal.
Another tangy preparation which everyone in the family would relish on is Pav Bhaji. This is mixed vegetables cooked together and smashed with tangy spices. And it is served with crisply roasted bread. This absolutely awesome dish many families in India loves.

As per Ayurveda your personality is the effect of the food you eat. Hence it is recommended in Ayurveda that the food you eat should be Satvik that means balanced in taste and also the effect on our body.
