What’s the first impression you want to give people?

Yes, I mean it. No one can make you feel inferior or superior without your consent. Hence I really don’t bother about making any impression to the people. I present them as I am. They have to accept me as I am. I hate window dressing or making false impressions.

However there are times when the stakes are high, then I take special precautions on my appearance and present well. Normally in meetings or leadership trainings I follow the principle of “Me first”

I strongly advise to be yourself and never try to impress people with unnatural and false behaviour.

Never try to be people pleaser and work for people acceptance of your behaviour.
